The staff were excellent and showed us around. Make sure you get the airport transfer to the riad as it is very very difficult to find alone- once found it is easy to get to and from all the tourist places. Beautifully decorated and the room sizes were great. Couldn't ask for anything more as a stop over in Marrakech.
Hard to find without the recommended airport transfer (despite being overpriced it is well worth it!)

Absolutely fantastic accommodation, attentive staff, excellent location very close to attractions like Saadian Tombs. Location right by the main square Jamaa al fna and the tombs, the Atlas mountains and an one way alley. Plus, just a walking distance from Slipstream Sculpture.

Unique and extremely spacious room with a beautiful bathroom. Exceptionally comfortable beds and modern facilities. Incredible central location next door to an alley, rue de kasbah, and Riad Dar Massai. Taxi service available at a very reasonable cost.

We stayed at Riad Dar Massaï, and it was wonderful! The host was nice and the Riad was perfect for us. The location is perfect and peacefull, do take the transfer from the airport that they offer, else it could be hard to find. And our breakfast was wonderful, and served at our convenience.

The design and decor of the riad is chic and I love the open air arrangement of the house -- it is so amazing to have basically no roof in a three story abode and be quite comfortable! The Riad is really relaxing, really clean and in a very good location. Speaking of location, try to arrange with them in advance to arrange a pick up from the train station, if that's how you're arriving. I arrived without a hitch really because I purchased a Moroccan sim card and was able to call the riad so the taxi driver could get directions while en route. As a solo female traveler, it was comforting to know that as I walked back home one night after midnight, Youssef was outside waiting for me. It is also such a treat to have the indoor pool which was delightful as it gets pretty hot in the summer during the day. It's nice to relax in the afternoon, as it's more fun going shopping in the evening when Marrakech is in full swing. It was easy to access the internet from my room and the public spaces. As it turned out, I was the only guest for 4 nights so I was even more spoiled. This a quiet, low-key energy which is exactly what I needed and wanted.

Riad new, charming and extremely pleasant, a piece of heaven (of tranquility and good taste), which provides ideal relaxation after the hectic touring the wonderful Tea-City. The location is great (only 10 minutes walk from the Djemaa el-Fna), with rooms tastefully decorated and extremely comfortable. The team, coordinated by the manager Youssef friendly and available, highly discreet and always, but always available for any suggestion or clarification Hearty breakfast and delicious. The other meals, though a little expensive (18 € / pax + drinks), are extremely well made and a balm for the palate. The small pool, accessible day and night, makes us want to stay forever more ... Impossible not to stay one more night than expected, and was pleased that the manager offered us a superior room, the price of the former. Well there are!
It is advisable to request for direct transfer as a matter of comfort and wonderful location in the labyrinthine streets of Marrakech. (Same as 3 times more expensive than the same for taxi ride).

Youssef, the riad manager was fantastic and booked bus tickets for us to Essouira for the day after we arrived which really helped us as we needed to get to Essoiura for Gnaowa festiva. The rooms were immaculate with fabulous showers. The breakfast was lovely and so was the lovely lady who served it. I liked the location a lot too, out of the really busy part of the Medina and in a more relaxed local neighbourhood but still bustling as markets are around the corner, Easy to find as it was near a number of key attractions. Would recommend.

This Riad was excellent in location and in hospitality. The hostess was very gracious and Youssef the day manager was always available for information, directions, advice, and best practices for navigating Marrakech. Coming back to the Riad after a long day of trekking the hot city was like coming upon a oasis in the desert. It was calm, cool, quiet, and welcoming. I highly recommend this boutique like hotel and cannot applaud its wonderful staff and owner enough. Thank you for making my time there thoroughly enjoyable and I will definitely be returning!
